​​Taking care of your body and mind is not just an act of self love; it’s the foundation for a long and happy life. Did you know that we can influence our future health with lifestyle choices that we make?

You may know what you should do to feel better, yet somehow, it still feels just out of reach. It’s all too easy to get trapped in old habits and beliefs about who we are. Many women, in particular, are very good at prioritising others over their own wellbeing, often feeling there’s no time left for self care. As the years fly by, you might find yourself feeling increasingly exhausted and out of balance, unsure of how to regain control.

​Ageing is a gift we should never take for granted. In order to age well, and live a rich life it's essential to maintain not only a strong, and healthy body but also a sharp mind. Feel like YOU Again, my health coaching programme is designed with this in mind; incorporating strategies that support both physical fitness and cognitive health.

Hello, I’m Ulrika, a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

I help people in midlife restore energy, clarity and resilience so they can age well and feel like themselves again.
 

My work focuses on the key foundations of health; nutrition, gut health, sleep, stress, movement and daily habits to support brain health, energy and long-term vitality.

​At the same time, I recognise that wellbeing is never one dimensional. Our physical health, nervous system, emotions and beliefs are deeply interconnected, and lasting change often requires support on several levels.​

How I help

For this reason, my approach to health coaching is holistic and highly personalised. Each client is different, so the way we work together is guided by what your body and mind need most at that time.

By supporting both the body and the mind, we create the conditions for the nervous system to feel safe. From this place, the body can shift out of survival mode and into a state where healing, balance and lasting wellbeing become possible.
