You may know what you should do to feel better, yet somehow, it still feels just out of reach. It’s all too easy to get trapped in old habits and beliefs about who we are, so don’t be hard on yourself. Many women, in particular, are very good at prioritising others over their own wellbeing, often feeling there’s no time left for self care. As the years fly by, you might find yourself feeling increasingly exhausted and out of balance, unsure of how to regain control. Believe me, I understand that feeling all too well—it used to be my reality, and it’s no fun at all!​​

​Aging is a gift we should never take for granted. In order to age well, and live a rich life it's essential to maintain not only a strong, and healthy body but also a sharp mind. My signature health coaching programme is designed with this in mind; incorporating strategies that support both physical fitness and cognitive health.

Hej, I am Ulrika

I am a certified Health Coach with a passion for helping women achieve optimal wellness. Sport and fitness has always been an integral part of my life and In my younger years I competed downhill skiing in Sweden where I am originally from. 

Having experienced both emotional and physical stress in my life, I understand how exhausting it can be to not feel great. It took me a long time to realise that there are many ways to enhance one’s wellbeing, and I wish I had known then what I do now. With my knowledge, kindness and qualifications, my goal as a practitioner is to empower you to take ownership of your health!​

The body is amazing and I am truly fascinated how it works. Implementing simple changes can improve your overall health dramatically. And the beautiful thing is that it is never too late to start.  

In my work I use a science backed, individualised holistic approach to assess all aspects of your health. Together, we will explore your unique story to identify the root causes of any challenges you face and uncover the inner barriers that may be preventing you from becoming the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.​​​

These pillars of health form the foundation on which we together build long lasting positive changes for you. The changes that you will be able to implement will give you newfound energy, a sharper brain, feel more radiant and an overall improvement in your feeling of wellbeing.  ​

1 x 1:1 90min initial health assessment

5 x 1:1 60min consultation (every 2 weeks in person or via Zoom)
