Many people reach midlife feeling frazzled and left wondering "is this just how it is now?"

Struggling with exhaustion, poor sleep, a foggy head, weight changes and generally not feeling like yourself is common with modern life. My aim is to help you feel steadier, clearer, and more energised while building new habits that support your health and vitalilty for the years ahead.

I understand this personally. I have always been active and I assumed my body would always keep up. But after years of putting others first and living through prolonged stress, I found myself running on empty. Being told there was "nothing wrong" didin't explain why i felt so far from myself. My turning point began with small, reluctant changes. What started as trial and error became a deeper curiosity about how stress, lifestyle and daily habits affect our wellbeing. 

As I began to feel better, I wanted to understand why which led me to train as a certified Health and  Wellness Coach. The support I now offer is the kind of guidance I once needed myself.

My approach is individual, science-informed, and holistic. Together, we look at your day-to-day life and focus on changes that feel manageable and supportive including implementing healthy habits that work naturally for you. I work in a calm collaborative and non-judgemental way. Clients often say they feel heard, reassured, and clearer about what they need to do to improve and protect their health for the future.
